Requirements
The customer wishes to implement a heterogeneous, future-oriented, secure and redundant VoIP infrastructure at several locations. Basic telephone functions, but also new unified communication services and urgently needed services and applications are to be provided. In addition, there is the desire to provide incoming requests via call, e-mail, fax, SMS or instant message directly to the responsible employee.
