The highly qualified Controlware employees and certified technical experts are available to the customers in word and deed in all phases of the projects - and in close cooperation find a solution for every challenge. For years, Controlware has been working closely with six German universities in the promotion of young IT academics within the framework of dual courses of study. In addition, we train commercial and technical employees at all locations, who we take on as employees in over 90 percent of cases after completing their training. We promote the health of our employees with special sports programmes - these include massages, yoga courses and cost-sharing for fitness studios. Many of our employees have been with the company for more than 20 years. The pleasant working atmosphere is also reflected in the minimal staff turnover.

Controlware GmbH was founded in 1980 by Helmut Wörner in a garage in Götzenhain. This laid the foundation for successful development with a focus on system integration. Helmut Wörner has always paid special attention to flexibility, inventiveness and, above all, customer orientation. The principle of Robert Bosch has always been a guideline for him: "Better lose money than trust" (Robert Bosch 1861 - 1942).
