Based on a customisable, tried-and-tested methodology, our more than 20 certified project managers will take over the planning, coordination or management of your projects for you if required. We always work on the basis of international standards such as Prince2, PMI, IPMA or other best practices, but flexibly adapt our approach to your individual requirements.

In the planning phase, we set the course for a successful project. We rely on a proven multi-stage concept: At the start of the project, we define the most important milestones of the overall project as well as a preliminary time and cost plan with your team. Parallel to this, we then develop a short-term, regularly updated detailed plan of the next upcoming steps. In this way, we always keep an eye on both the big picture and the small details.

Based on measurable and realisable quality goals, our project managers continuously monitor and control compliance with the jointly defined quality parameters. We ensure that your newly integrated IT systems are set up according to the specifications defined in advance and prepared for proper operation. We make sure that the project status remains comprehensible for you at all times, document any configuration changes and ensure clear interfaces in the project and operations team.

Our project managers help you evaluate the necessary changes and implement them within predefined tolerances.
