The Controlware Foundation is a legally capable foundation under civil law with its registered office in Dietzenbach near Frankfurt am Main. The Controlware Foundation pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes, including the promotion of science, research and education in the field of information technology. We are particularly interested in supporting dual universities and courses of study as well as awarding scholarships to students - for example with the Dörte Wörner Innovation Award.

Another focus of the Controlware Foundation is the promotion of art and culture. Here, the focus is both on organising concerts and cultural events and on awarding scholarships to art and music students.

The promotion of nature conservation has been a special priority of the Controlware Foundation for many years. A matter close to the heart of the Wörner family is the landscape conservation and preservation of biodiversity in the area of the park at the Controlware headquarters in Dietzenbach by opening it to the public. The wish here is that as many citizens and employees as possible benefit from this idyll.
Not to be forgotten is the promotion of international understanding and the international spirit, which is the basis of all communication for the Controlware Foundation. The main task here is the implementation and support of youth exchanges between domestic and foreign pupils. and students.
