As part of the consulting service, the initial infrastructural conditions of the company are recorded. The existing infrastructures are also considered. The potential target architecture and the basic parameters impacting a future design of the new software defined network infrastructures are also recorded.

As a takeaway, the client receives documentation detailing all the data and requirements that can be used as input to create a high-level software defined network design.
Phase 2: Software Defined Campus - High Level Design

Controlware offers its clients a consulting service that includes a high-level design based on the documented requirements for the future software defined network solution for campus infrastructures. This activity will include drawing up a network plan based on a manufacturer solution supported by Controlware. The decision as to which manufacturer solution this is will be taken by the client, supported by Controlware’s information.
The takeaway from this service will be documentation showing the high-level design, a parts list that can be used as the basis for a budget quotation. Plus a costing of the services required to implement the infrastructure.
Phase 3: Software Defined Campus - Detailed Level Design

Controlware offers its clients a consulting service that, based on the high-level design that has been created, will generate a detailed design for SD campus infrastructures. This activity will involve working with the client to specify the detailed configuration templates needed for the network components required, to define the measures required to implement the existing network on the future software defined network for campus infrastructures, and to plan a migration path.
As the takeaway from this service, the client will be given documentation showing the detailed design, a final parts list that can be used as the basis for a binding quotation, and a final costing of the services considered necessary to implement the software design infrastructure. These will include creating the design, creating the documents for implementing and configuring the network components, plus project management and all the supporting processes.
