The Service Desk is the single point of contact for all error messages of reported by our customers. It coordinates and ensures central access to all necessary resources of Controlware and its partners. In this way you will always have a competent contact person to address your problem.
Our "Trouble Ticket System” is a part of the service desk. All customer inquiries are documented and monitored at the service desk using trouble tickets. You can get to know the current processing status of the error at any time using the ticket number.
The Service Desk is available by phone 24 hours a day.
In the event of an error message please provide the following information:
- Debitor Number
- Service Contract Number
- Contact Person
- Serial Number of the Affected Device
- Error Description
