The RMA (Return Material Authorization) is the structured process of returning faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.

For the proper handling of hardware replacement, repairs, and warranty handling or other returns we ask our customers to observe the following procedure:

Should the above cases occur, please contact our service desk.
You will receive your individual RMA-number.
Please fill out the RMA form completely
and attach this as an accompanying letter for the goods returned.
Please send the goods in the original packaging (incl. the outer carton) to the following address:

Important Note: The RMA number must be clearly legible even on the outside of the package.
