Requirements
The client wanted to improve its cloud security service. The already existing, modular security architecture was not sufficiently designed for the European data protection regulations with regard to the legal situation. Together with a new managed service provider, this was to be ensured.
Services & Solutions
In addition to the already established systems from the customer's data centre, a new cloud service for checking malicious code in the context of e-mail communication was deployed. The solution blocks emerging threats using multi-level technologies, including machine learning, emulation and behavioural analysis. The new cloud service will be delivered as part of a managed service from Controlware to provide the customer with a single point of contact for all protection systems.
