In addition to our classical IT Management tools that focus more on mapping the infrastructure at the component level, with Servicetrace we have an approach that shifts the focus to the end-user of IT services. Using robots, typical application scenarios of end users are built with the help of a workflow and are continuously measured and evaluated. The goal is to determine the actual quality of application and this is done in an end-to-end-chaining. Any deviations in the infrastructure can be handled proactively by an integrated alert.
