Requirements

Novum Capital sought a new IT partner with which it could grow together in a healthy way.
The customer's requirement was to move the entire IT infrastructure to the cloud.
Furthermore, long-term operational support for the customer was also desired.
 

Services & Solutions

• Controlware will be responsible for the conception, planning and realisation.
• Controlware's experts drew up a concept for the move so that a gradual changeover would not affect the customer's regular operations.
• Inventory of the existing on-site IT infrastructure and adaptation or modernisation, taking into account compliance requirements and the security aspect.
• Relocation of the complete IT infrastructure with an equivalent setup in the cloud.
• The collaboration solution includes a new video conferencing system for MS Teams and the realisation of the complete move for telephony to the cloud.
• Creation of the cloud-managed service.
