Hello, I am Kruno

As recruiters, Kruno and his team are your first point of contact. To give you a first impression before the interview, our colleague from internal communications, Nina Pauker, conducted a short interview with him.

Nina: What's the first thing you look for in a job interview?

Kruno: „In addition to the qualifications, it is important for me to get to know the person behind it. A good partnership begins, as often in life, with authenticity and I therefore always try to recognize the so-called red thread. In short, I make sure that we fit with potential colleagues on a human level, the professional can be taught and expanded to everyone.“

Nina: How can interested parties apply for a job and what is the procedure?

Kruno: „On the one hand, candidates can apply directly for a position on our careers page. Here they can enter all relevant contact data and upload documents. After receiving the application, our recruiters then contact the candidates and arrange an initial meeting with Controlware's specialist department. If all parties involved agree that they want to work together, then the employment contract is quickly drawn up, which is later followed by the onboarding program. But this is only one way to a job with us.
