Controlware Network Management System (CNMS)
CNMS is a proprietary system with advanced functionality from standard third party network management systems. It provides Controlware's Network Management Centre with all the tools required for the remote management of Controlware products and ensures the business continuity customer networks require.
Hardware And Software Management
In order to keep networks fully operational and compatible during expansion, and to ensure that our customers can benefit from the very latest technology, Controlware provide full hardware and software management.
Operational continuity is achieved by using a common hardware and software platform which also ensures that new installations come with the latest compatible software versions.
Centralised System Configuration and Verification
Controlware's Managed Services include a complete audit of ISDN systems, configurations and software. A highly trained team of technical support engineers with years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Controlware products will carry out this service. Controlware will ensure that each system configuration conforms to the customer's exact requirement details, which are logged on our central management system. The service guarantee includes that all Controlware products are correctly configured and ready for use in the event of network failures.Any alterations to the network configuration are monitored and alarmed back to the Network Management System at Controlware, ensuring that no changes can occur without notification.

Controlware's "Proactive Network Management"provides active polling of all network equipment and will identify the most common failures such as:

Reactive Network Management
Controlware's Managed Service also provides real time network monitoring so that any ISDN activity is monitored and recorded by the management system.
