To maximise available bandwidth while maintaining a high level of resilience IBS CiRUS100 supports load balancing between primary and secondary links. Load balancing network traffic over two routes ensures the backup of all traffic in case of failure. To reduce costs in this kind of application IBS CiRUS100 allows the use of the Internet network as one of the links. The provision of IP-Sec guarantees a high level of security for all application traffic sent via the Internet while the QoS levels required by a VPN connection are maintained.
