CTAC offers four standard service level agreements called Customer Care Packages.
Each support agreement provides a high level of technical support, tailored to the customer's needs and budget constraints.
Regional tailor-made contracts are also available.

Cooperative Gold Package

  • This package includes
  • Advanced replacement service
  • Unlimited technical support for normal business hours
  • Service access to the Controlware support web page
  • Telephone support
  • Remote diagnostics
  • Increased priority for on-site interventions


On-Site Gold Package

This package includes all of the Cooperative Gold Package services and on-site service during local normal business hours.

  • Response time of 4/8 hours
  • Spare part availability within 4/8 hours
  • Time and material included


Cooperative Platinum Package

This package includes all of the Cooperative Gold Package services and adds technical support for out-of-normal business hours.

 

On-Site Platinum Package

This package includes all of the On-Site Gold Package services and adds on-site service on a 7 days/24 hours basis including weekends and holidays.
