We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f) IP Video Security for our headquarters in Dietzenbach

Job Responsibilities / Description:

You as the Product Manager for IP Video Security will work directly with the international organization and you will have sole responsibility for the entire product range. This includes managing the product throughout its lifecycle, from definition to launch up to the end of the product and you will be working closely with engineering to deliver winning solutions.

The Product Manager's job also includes the definition of business strategy together with the General Managers of the international offices and the board of Directors to ensure that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

Job Requirements:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap, including definition of target markets, communication plans & distribution channels
• Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings, create sales arguments and presentation tools, run respective events
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Apply market and competitor analysis to define and propose new product offerings in collaboration with R&D
• Deliver market and product requirements document with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Working with external third parties hardware and software partners to offer integrated network solutions
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
• Brief press and analysts and participate to press tours

Required experience and knowledge:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• 5+ years of experience in a job in the CCTV market
• IP networking knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective project delivered in the past
• Strong organizational abilities
